STOP PRESS HISTORY INCLUDES!

ROWLAND performs on flute, alto flute, bass flute and piccolo in the unique Austrian/British event Soundings.
12/5/10 and 13/5/10 at the Austrian Cultural Forum, 28 Rutland Gate, London. Starts 7.00pm.
Featuring noted Austrian and British Composers. Performers include some of the leading artists in contemporary music in the UK.
Soundings, the ACF’s platform for contemporary music, presents a special tribute to Mahler on the 150th anniversary of his birth.
This year’s composers have been invited to compose new works ‘inspired’ by Mahler.
From 11/5 – 14/5/10 composers and musicians will give open rehearsals and present the works at two evening concerts.

ROWLAND performs on flute, alto flute and piccolo with the new music ensemble Birmingham Contemporary Music Group conducted and presented by Peter Weigold on
18, 24 and 30/4/10, all during the daytime at the CBSO Centre, Birmingham and the Barbican Centre, London (24/4/10).
Works by Berio, Weigold, Lang, Vir, Maderna and Bray.
